Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Data Entry and AI team. As a Key Information Researcher, you will play a critical role in directing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data analysis and AI (Machine Learning) models for our attractions.
You will work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across bolthires Encounters (DX). This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities * Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive the development of AI and Machine Learning models that enhance visitor experiences and push the boundaries of functional objectives. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to execute and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors.
* Drive innovation, ideation, and proof-of-concept development to grow top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of AI-related products and services delivered by the team. * Develop standard methodologies used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize Machine Learning algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. Required Capabilities and Abilities * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile software development methodologies.
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and bolthires/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities.
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. Preferred Capabilities * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
