The Innovation Office at arenaflex is a vibrant and dynamic space where our team of experts come together to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, and Individuals and Money, to identify and solve complex business problems.
Group Stage QMO: Ensuring Quality and Excellence
The Quality Administration Office (QMO) is a critical component of the Innovation Office, responsible for ensuring the quality and excellence of the applications used by our teams, including airline stewards and pilots. As a member of the QMO team, you'll work closely with Case's (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test and validate applications, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you'll have the chance to: * Make a meaningful impact in your Group's projects and contribute to the organization's goals * Work collaboratively with other Innovation Assistants and workgroups to achieve common objectives * Gain experience and skills that will prepare you for future roles and responsibilities * Participate in training and development programs that support your career growth and development * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning Responsibilities and Expectations As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, your responsibilities and expectations may include: * Working with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions * Ensuring that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines * Managing time periods for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget * Serving as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation Groups * Participating in frameworks and acceptance testing * Extending your work to meet the needs of Group projects Essential Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience with bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement * Essential knowledge of technical environments * Openness to Agile methodologies * Essential understanding of project management procedures * Critical thinking and verbal communication skills * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines * Past investigator internship experience within the past year * Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition * Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, and empathetic
