Job Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls * Managing all new employee records, terminations, salary increases, deductions, pay, and W-4 * Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy * Resolving issues and discrepancies * Providing exceptional customer service support * Preparing manual checks as needed * Performing various other tasks as assigned Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: * A combination of training and experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry * The ability to work in the US as depicted by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 * A passing score on a background check * A high school diploma or equivalent (Assistant School Affirmation/GED) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with bolthires Excel * Familiarity with Ultipro, a leading HR and payroll software Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess: * Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
