Job Summary We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our CFN team in South Dakota, USA.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing card member account modifications, credit stability requests, express coins, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market. You'll work closely with our operations team to provide timely and effective support, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Provide expert knowledge and ongoing support to operations and go-purposeful initiatives * Handle preservation-related queries like stability, declaration, APR, and other preservation requests with integrity and within precise timeframes * Respond to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos * Supply metrics to colleagues, patrons, and shareholders as per expectations * Highlight issues through feedback and advise adjustments in workflows, methods, provider stages, based on customer demands to meet their desires and ensure first-class service is always provided * Ensure adherence to quality and compliance tips * Assist with new tasks in the directorate * Maintain client pursuits with the pursuits of arenaflex * Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to understand and file vital records Qualifications * Any graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-related operations Desirable Skills and Competencies * Ability to work as a team player, flexible, adaptable, and dependable; excellent interpersonal skills are required * Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, with unique interest to detail * Robust problem-solving skills * Compliance with arenaflex guidelines and approaches * Proficient in bolthires Excel and Word * Excellent presentation skills * Superb customer service skills, including superior written and verbal communication skills * Primary MS Office skills Technical Competencies/Competencies * Familiarity with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Inexperienced Monitors About arenaflex Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
