You'll work closely with our Financial Systems team and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful implementation of our SAP S/4HANA system. You Will Do As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for investigating complex financial data and system arrangements, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to support accurate financial reporting and control.
You'll work closely with our Financial Systems team and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful implementation of our SAP S/4HANA system. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the bolthires Financial association and Venture Innovation and colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of S/4HANA, a new integration software, and modernized finance reporting solutions * Develop and implement methodologies to address finance needs, gather data, and analyze recommendations, and define and report settled upon finance functional requirements, end-user system techniques, and business process flows * Interface practical cycles and needs to the greater organizational objectives * Utilize your technical skills and deep knowledge of SAP to develop solutions for system issues * Foster testing procedures, coordinate, and participate in finance-related testing efforts for system executions, enhancements, and alterations * Communicate with partners, management, and informed authorities * Support the S/4 Venture Change Supervisory crew in creating designated training programs and materials to prepare the finance community on the use of the SAP's S/4HANA and other related applications Advance Continuous Improvement Practice decisive reasoning, critical thinking, and logical capacities with scrupulousness Required Capabilities and Abilities: * 5+ years of experience with ERP systems * Deep knowledge of SAP accounting solutions and 3+ years of accounting and finance experience in a complex, large organization * Demonstrated history to exhibit your achievements and abilities connected with your job on a project-wide financial system program * Ability to explore complex issues; not hesitant to wrestle with the unknown and be imaginative * Strong logical and decisive reasoning abilities, and ability to use data-driven experiences to inform your decisions * Ability to recognize and alleviate risks to financial cycles * You convey greatness and invest heavily in working cooperatively with * Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written * Ability to convey results and flourish in a high-speed climate
Education: Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Business, or a related field Preferred
Education: * Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Systems, or a related field (e.g., MBA, MIS) * This job may be situated in Orlando, FL, or Glendale, CA.
The applicant will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week. * The base compensation actually offered will consider internal value and may differ based on the applicant's geographic location, work-related information, skills, and experience among other variables.
