Job Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting thorough investigations of potentially fraudulent claims, working closely with our fraud investigation team to identify and resolve issues * Managing a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues * Providing exceptional client support, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies * Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in client data, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services and processes Key Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting) * 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data entry tasks and resolve client issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality records and reports * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and data entry software Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working with credit or charge card curving cases * Familiarity with CSP and FSV structures * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards * Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment * Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, Certified Customer Service Representative) What We Offer As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
