Your responsibilities will include: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communicator + Data analysis + Customer service focus What We'll Do for You * Be part of a diverse team environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $25/hour * Benefit from a comprehensive Total Rewards program, which includes base pay, incentives, and benefits * Take advantage of our wellness programs, including mindfulness apps, mental health support, financial education, and on-demand health resources * Participate in our inclusive lifestyle and versatility programs, which include mobile and virtual platforms, music hobbies, and challenges * Enjoy a work-life balance and flexibility to refresh yourself and be your best Benefits of Working at arenaflex * Competitive compensation package, including a salary of $25/hour * Comprehensive Total Rewards program, which includes base pay, incentives, and benefits * Wellness programs, including mindfulness apps, mental health support, financial education, and on-demand health resources * Inclusive lifestyle and versatility programs, which include mobile and virtual platforms, music hobbies, and challenges * Work-life balance and flexibility to refresh yourself and be your best * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training, mentorship, and career advancement * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a diverse team of professionals from different countries, functions, and cultures
