How You'll Help Us As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production cycle. Your responsibilities will include: * Observing manufacturing techniques and protocols to direct various tasks essential to the production cycle, which may involve stacking materials into production machines; removing packs and arranging raw materials or finished products. * Gathering and disposing of trash and production waste; cleaning production equipment and workspaces.
* Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, including mechanical and programmable controls, as well as completing the necessary filler, conveyor, and palletizer changes for changeovers. * Visually inspect every incoming material and active items and make minor adjustments on a case-by-case basis. * Perform and assess package integrity tests * Assist forklift drivers with lower-level issues with beds, slip sheets, and stretch coverings * Recognize non-conforming items, such as poorly stuck boxes, incorrect codes, or marks * Identify and report item or machine issues to production, maintenance, and warehouse staff using plant radios as well as 2-Way radios * Monitor workstations and OIT screens * Ensure the productive operation of case forming, case pressing, marking, and other downstream equipment.
* Ensure equipment is provided with required materials, (e.g., adhesives, stretch wrap, labels). * Perform package quality checks as required. * Conform to all standard safety practices, security protocols, and all arenaflex rules and policies. * Maintain precise records and logs as required. * Perform administrative-related safety support duties as required. * Maintain equipment and area cleanliness to ensure compliance with all GMP standards. * Work directly with maintenance staff, other line personnel, and management to resolve issues to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
* Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment, including promptly addressing or reporting safety issues to your supervisor. * Investigate and address equipment or quality issues. * Willing to participate in team tasks. * Willing to set up or potentially changeover equipment to various package sizes or different case codes. * Properly label all containers used in your workspace. Essential and Preferred Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Working knowledge of production environment and equipment.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. * Ability to investigate production-related issues. Should be able to comprehend and follow instructions. * Should be able to demonstrate good attendance. * Ability to read equipment operation manuals. * Ability to recognize material and item defects. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Manual and fine motor skills. * Ability to work on all shifts. * Ability to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts to meet business needs. * Ability to work extended hours and overtime as required.
* Ability to visually identify material defects. * Ability to hear machine operation sounds to identify jams, changes in speed, and other routine running conditions. * Should be able to rotate positions. * Should be able to participate in work improvement training (e.g., troubleshooting, etc.) and should be able to broadly train on all equipment. * Should be able to adhere to guideline working procedures expected by the arenaflex Quality Framework. * Should be able to work in a team environment. * Should be certified on the training plan for this position in no less than a half year of start date.
