Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of packaging strategies for arenaflex's owned brands, private labels, and travel packaging. Your expertise will drive sales growth, enhance brand love, and improve packaging efficiency across various product categories.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, and compliance programs, to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's high standards for safety, quality, bolthires-effectiveness, and performance. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain fundamental data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to support packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all owned brands. * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, and compliance programs, to establish relevant data requirements and adaptable guidelines that reflect arenaflex's commitment to safety, quality, bolthires-effectiveness, and performance.
* Create and manage change cycles to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner groups. * Develop, implement, and execute innovative training and communication programs on assets, for internal and external audiences, to drive extensive understanding of standards, details, and data precision best practices. * Assess data requirements, standards, and details to advance safe, sound, and savvy solutions that align with industry standards, enhance good design practices, are consistent with risk resistance assumptions, and maintain a leadership position in the industry.
* Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging data requirements, standards, and details. * Collaborate with suitable internal regulation and guideline informed authorities, identifying effects on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and recognize opportunities for compliance. * Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective advancement, compliance, and data precision best practice requirements and assumptions.
* Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in conjunction with technology groups, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent. * Investigate industry trends and review arenaflex's corresponding data and standards practices, share insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience for change and compliance. * Provide leadership and direction to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in the team in results. * Maintain a positive team culture by exhibiting behaviors consistent with arenaflex's values of Inclusivity, Connection, and Drive; ensure ongoing, effective communications to the team, and support individualized growth by offering regular performance feedback, training, recognition, and assessment.
