Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. You'll work closely with our customer service team to provide exceptional support, leveraging your technical skills and attention to detail to drive results.
Key Responsibilities * Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including but not limited to: + Entering customer information into our database + Updating customer records as necessary + Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with the customer service team to provide exceptional support and resolution of customer inquiries * Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including but not limited to: + Troubleshooting technical issues with customer data + Resolving customer complaints and concerns + Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including but not limited to: + Customer contact information + Customer complaints and concerns + Customer feedback and suggestions * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge * Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including but not limited to: + Data entry and processing procedures + Customer service standards and expectations + Confidentiality and data protection policies Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment * Strong technical skills, including but not limited to: + Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook + Experience with data entry software and systems + Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence * Reliable internet connection and computer equipment required Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM software and systems * Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits and Perks * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training and development program * Ongoing support and feedback from experienced colleagues and managers * Access to arenaflex's employee benefits program, including but not limited to: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) plan with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Employee assistance program What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
