Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining essential data to ensure seamless operations across various departments. You'll work closely with our compliance, risk management, and analytics teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop data-driven insights, and inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities * Identify and collect information to aid various ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situational awareness regions * Collect and process information from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses * Design dashboards to assist stakeholders in scope and degree of associated controls * Construct custom reviews as needed to inform business decisions * Apply analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk * Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders * Provide input on new and emerging risk regions using data-driven analysis * Solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes What You'll Bring * Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku * Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters * Ability to generate impactful visualizations and use data to inform a story * Proficiency in coding using R or Python * Robust verbal and written communication skills * Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things Benefits At arenaflex, we offer competitive pay, performance-based total incentive awards, and incredible benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
