Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Coordinating and scheduling training events and activities * Providing exceptional support to pilots and instructors * Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders * Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members * Developing and implementing robust data management systems and processes * Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions * Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent * At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States * Airline shipping pilot certificates with a Multiengine Land class rating * A minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier * Experience in a similar role or industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in a data entry or administrative role * Familiarity with airline industry regulations and procedures * Knowledge of data management systems and processes * Experience with MS PowerPoint and other presentation software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and prioritization skills
