Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, and driving innovation through proactive monitoring and improvement activities.
You'll work closely with our Business, client base, and Providers to effectively deliver services that meet our clients' expectations. Your expertise will be essential in resolving service delivery issues between in-scope and out-of-scope groups, and you'll be the primary point of contact for all IT-related activities. Key Responsibilities * Provide daily IT services and support, including meetings with clients, issue investigation, technical analysis, and solution development * Monitor and proactively communicate service delivery issues to clients, providing alternative solutions as needed * Coordinate and communicate support issues across various vendors and providers to resolve critical issues * Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively * Maintain a detailed understanding of the Client Services portfolio of services and establish strong relationships with all areas of IT service delivery * Execute and manage continuous improvement activities to better empower our clients * Collaborate with Venture Innovation product managers and engineers to develop and implement process improvements in line with client and business community needs * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards * Develop and maintain documentation as required in our knowledge base * Provide remote IT support and solutions to designated clients * Offer late-night support for IT projects, special events, high-priority incidents, and executive client requests as needed Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field * 3 years of experience in an IT client support role, with a focus on delivering a customized experience * Proven ability to handle client calls with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency and clarity on key issues * Capacity to analyze complex business/technical information and develop creative solutions * Experience in prioritizing and managing expectations in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while maintaining integrity * Ability to communicate technical information to clients in a manner consistent with their technical expertise * Empathy and understanding * Ability to lift, carry, and move computer equipment * Ability to work in a production-type environment, requiring flexible work arrangements Preferred Qualifications * Practical knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V technologies in an enterprise environment * Experience using and supporting iOS, bolthires/Macintosh devices, Windows, Dynamic Catalog, Trade/Standpoint, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration tools Work Arrangements * Employees are required to be on-site at the organization's location for at least 4 days.
* Additionally, employees can choose to work 1 day from home, provided they can be on-site if needed. * Understand that the organization can change work arrangements at any time. * Employees should be prepared to provide support during nights and weekends. Compensation and Benefits * The hiring range for this position is based on an hourly work week, with the number of hours per week varying according to business needs. * The base salary will be commensurate with the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors.
