Job Summary As an Experienced Full Stack Data Management
Professional – Healthcare Strategy & Data Monetization, you will work closely with our Healthcare Team to identify and explore information monetization opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement data governance and control strategies, ensuring the operational capabilities of our Healthcare Strategy team are optimized. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing our data monetization products and services.
Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across bolthires, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS, to develop and improve data monetization products and services * Establish and maintain data governance and control strategies across the organization, working closely with various business units to bolster data monetization products * Provide Retail Strategy team settlement management strategies and analytics to ensure implementation and control of business terms, including core analytics related to pharmaceutical producer service agreements * Support business relationships with existing and new data product/offering customers by performing as a Data SME and collaborating with various internal groups, including IT * Participate in and/or contribute to regulatory or contractual audits with data evaluation as a SME * Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME * Work in a matrix environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy * Manage channel section business and profitability effectively * Develop and maintain strong business relationships while communicating bolthires' needs regarding pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, application/product development, account management, and clinical services * Accountable for a cross-functional management role across bolthires to create line of sight and synergies, including but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty * Support new business development by providing application design and methodology information to create proposals for new services, as well as reporting/analytical capabilities * Coordinates and controls activities, plans, and programs in place of responsibility * Advise on various data monetization projects and initiatives (current or future) to ensure that any data-related changes and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with contractual requirements and Enterprise Data Governance setup standards * Coach, mentor, and develop personnel through orientation, training, and performance management programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty * Lead delivery and guidance of existing and new Analytics products, including but not limited to Inroads in collaboration with outside vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners * Define and collaborate closely with IT team to develop and monitor metrics that affect current contractual data shipping services and analytics products * Operate within organizational policies with respect to policies, procedures, budgets, and relevant laws, ensuring the development and implementation of authorized producer partner services are consistent with standard strategy Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in implementing programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment * At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance * At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities * Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organizational needs within budget and established timelines * Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to problems * Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals) * Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management * Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within country and out of country) Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare administration, data science) * Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams * Experience with data governance and control strategies, including data monetization products and services * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with cloud-based data management platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business and operational issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals * Experience with data governance and control strategies, including data monetization products and services * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with cloud-based data management platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
