Job Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Building and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and innovation * Developing and maintaining complex data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support * Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, and applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes * Working with large-scale, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining predictive models, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection * Utilizing cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks, to support data processing and analytics * Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Working with software development teams to integrate data science models into production-ready applications * Participating in agile development methodologies and contributing to the development of data-driven products and features Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics * At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Advanced experience with programming languages, including Python, PySpark, and SQL * Experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch * Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks * Experience with data visualization tools, including Matplotlib and Seaborn * Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals * Experience with data mining and data warehousing concepts * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications * Master's or Ph.D.
