Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI and machine learning solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our IT operations * Developing and deploying models using AI, deep learning, and other advanced technologies to predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems within our large server infrastructure to prevent outages and identify errors * Working closely with colleagues to implement and integrate AI and machine learning solutions into our production environment, including the integration of third-party solutions * Designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting AI and machine learning solutions to ensure high-quality and reliability * Providing technical support and expertise to the broader team to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI and machine learning solutions Essential
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised learning * 2+ years of experience in a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, or other relevant languages * 2+ years of experience in data extraction, processing, perception, and analysis * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience working with large data sources and big data platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or other cloud-based solutions * Experience developing and deploying AI models and solutions, with a focus on scalability and reliability * Experience investigating and implementing statistical models, AI algorithms, or other customized solutions that drive significant business impact and address complex business challenges * Experience enhancing existing data pipelines by investigating unstructured data sources and designing new features * Ability to provide technical support and expertise to the broader team, with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration Skills and Competencies: * Strong understanding of AI, data mining, statistics, applied science, or a related field * Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong programming skills, with a focus on languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
