As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies that transform the way we work and live. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and innovation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies * Work with large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and train machine learning models using Python, R, SQL, and other programming languages * Apply advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze and interpret complex data * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in the product business, with a focus on machine learning * Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database * Experience with model selection, training, and evaluation, as well as hyperparameter tuning and model calibration * Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision * Experience with data quality assurance, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure * Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices * Experience with agile development methodologies * Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and application development processes * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with version control systems, including Git * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
