Job Summary As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist and Patient Safety Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists who will drive logical solutions and cycles to support the allocation of controlled substances across 9700+ pharmacy locations.
You'll work closely with business leaders and partners to identify new uses of artificial intelligence in patient safety and develop strategic plans to implement these solutions across the retail pharmacy chain. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and cloud-based technologies will be essential in driving our innovation development and growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development of logical solutions and cycles to support the allocation of controlled substances: You'll work with a team of data scientists to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient safety and reduce the risk of adverse events.
* Collaborate with business leaders and partners to identify new uses of artificial intelligence in patient safety: You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve patient safety and outcomes. * Develop strategic plans to implement AI solutions across the retail pharmacy chain: You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans to deploy AI solutions across the organization. * Lead and train a team of data scientists: You'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of data scientists who will work on various projects and initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes.
* Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders: You'll work with stakeholders to communicate complex technical information and develop strategic plans to implement AI solutions. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field: You'll need a bachelor's degree in a related field such as data science, computer science, or mathematics. *6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning: You'll need significant experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
*8+ years of experience in product development and deployment: You'll need experience in product development and deployment, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (SDLC). * Strong leadership and management skills: You'll need strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of data scientists. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
