Job Overview We're seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our business intelligence and analytics team. As a data scientist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from predictive modeling and data mining to data visualization and business intelligence.
You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Execute solutions for business problems using data analysis, data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, and AI techniques * Continuously develop and showcase improved analysis strategies * Possess strong skills and be comfortable with working with data and working from idea through to execution * Identify a business issue and the available data, and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question * This position is subject to local conditions and requirements.

Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * At least 2+ years of experience in data science/AI * Demonstrated comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large datasets, and experience in predictive modeling * Strong knowledge of either R or Python * Familiarity with controlling and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships * Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI techniques like linear regression, random forests, GBM, neural networks, SVM, etc.
* Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or bolthires TSQL * Hands-on experience in using Big Data environments (Hadoop/Spark), API Gateways, and unstructured data will be an added advantage * Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way * Show written and spoken English proficiency * Approximately 4 months of travel to US in a year * Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position * Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken) * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position Preferred Qualifications * Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * Experience in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or bolthires Cloud * Experience in using machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Experience in working with large, distributed data sets and high-performance computing environments Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
