Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Trials and Real-World Evidence team. As a key member of our research and development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities * Mine crude informational collections: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including in-house databases and external data providers, to create a unified and standardized dataset for analysis. * Analyze and interpret results: Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with clinicians, researchers, and other stakeholders to design and implement studies, and to develop and disseminate research findings. * Develop and maintain data pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems and teams. * Create data visualizations and reports: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Participate in conferences, workshops, and online forums to stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and clinical trials. Essential Capabilities *2+ years of experience in R, Python, or SQL programming languages * Experience in designing and executing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses, including study of disease transmission and observational research with healthcare data * Knowledge of common statistical testing strategies, including generalized linear models, regression, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience handling large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other healthcare data sources * Experience working with protected patient health information (PHI) and adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines * Familiarity with at least one business intelligence (BI) tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Spotfire Preferred Capabilities * Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets * Knowledge of clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory compliance guidelines for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics, and other advanced statistical techniques * Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, with the ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills About Working at arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
