We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, where you will be responsible for entering and maintaining health-related data, updating medical records, reviewing health data for compliance, and supporting the health operations team to maintain quality standards. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, data analytics, computer science) preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency with health-related data entry software and tools, including EHRs and other relevant systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, with minimal supervision

- Experience working in a healthcare setting, including hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations
- Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Medical Coder, Certified Health Data Analyst)
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant systems
- Experience with data quality and integrity, including the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
