Senior Information Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models and data pipelines to drive business growth across arenaflex's TV portfolio. Key Responsibilities: * Data Quality: Interpret raw data from various sources into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain automated pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality data.
* Predictive Modeling: Design and implement new predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast and optimize client engagement across arenaflex's platforms. * Business Intelligence: Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate results to business stakeholders in an easily digestible and automated manner. * Initiative/Organization: Collaborate closely with business partners to identify opportunities and drive growth, and with other data teams to improve data modeling, testing, and visualization capabilities.
* Process Improvement: Drive innovation by exploring new measurement methods and conceptualizing ways to enhance the current forecasting and reporting infrastructure. * Activities: Participate in Agile development methodologies, including stand-bolthires, sprint planning, and code reviews. Contribute to an "Open Source" learning culture, sharing knowledge, teaching, and collaborating with colleagues. Required
Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. * Technical Skills: + Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data analysis. + Experience with ETL, data pipeline management, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, PySpark, Snowflake, Databricks). + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). + Experience designing and implementing predictive models (e.g., linear regression, decision trees). * Soft Skills: + Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and efficient solutions.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Qualifications: * Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django) and JavaScript libraries (e.g., ReactJS, jQuery) to build user-friendly and scalable web applications.
