Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable full stack applications using Python, React.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate directly with clients, most of whom have technical backgrounds, to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your strong organizational skills and self-motivation to meet project milestones.
- Engage with our community of top developers, sharing knowledge, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in full stack development.
- 2+ years of experience with React.js, and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience with Python and Django, or 2+ years of experience with React Native as a mobile developer.
- Hands-on experience with Typescript, Next, and AWS is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision.
- A strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Soft skills, including clear and effective communication, are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
