- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three Vice Presidents in Controllership. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in areas such as organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating complex meetings, and handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a point of contact for leaders in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare for meetings, including logistics and coordination
- Support new colleague onboarding and provide detailed itineraries for trips
- Process SAP Ariba Buyer orders and other invoices
- Liaise with IT helpdesk for technical support
- Support special ad hoc projects as assigned
- Provide administrative support, including preparing expense reports and coordinating meetings
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Initiative and capability to prioritize multiple tasks proactively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in handling confidential information is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
