As a Senior Financial Analyst - Data Entry, you will be responsible for: * Supporting and developing Financial Systems applications * Identifying automation opportunities and providing solutions to internal stakeholders * Maintaining and updating Hyperion planning applications * Validating data from Hyperion Financial Management and other sources * Resolving issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Supporting system maintenance and user permissions * Assisting with the preparation of in-depth analysis and competitive industry studies * Coordinating and completing monthly headcount processes * Updating Hyperion Planning with organizational changes * Communicating with workgroups to determine reporting business requirements * Creating Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and forecasting and planning models for Finance departments **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field * At least 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial statements, financial modeling, and analysis * A strong IT foundation, including experience with Oracle and multidimensional and relational database structures * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills **What We Offer** In return for your skills and experience, we offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and development * Flexible working hours and remote work options * Access to a range of employee benefits, including health, wellness, and financial programs * A dynamic and inclusive work environment **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
