About the Role As an experienced Physician Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions. You'll also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, such as managing patient schedules, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions * Perform administrative tasks, such as managing patient schedules, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records * Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests * Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering laboratory tests * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients * Educate patients and their families about healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety Essential Qualifications * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Board Certification and State licensure to practice in the
Advanced Practice Nurse role * Or in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Board Certification and State licensure to practice in the job * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same * Complete the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment * Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish (dependent on market) * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and working a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required Preferred Qualifications * Earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred, but not required * Training in a graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Board Certification and State licensure to practice in the
