As a Principal Architect, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Data Dynamics Team. Based out of our Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver branch, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives for our clients, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to drive business growth and innovation. **A Day in the Life:** As a Principal Architect, you'll be responsible for leading complex, cross-practice Dynamics 365 implementations, defining the overall solution architecture, and supporting functional and technical architects. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake: * Support arenaflex's Business Applications D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements. * Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution components, as well as support efforts of solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines. * Focus on best practices for Organizational Change Management to ensure seamless adoption and implementation of our solutions. * Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with Account Managers, Client Services Managers, and/or Practice Directors and VPs. * Participate and contribute, including sharing learnings and information, with the larger arenaflex team that is not present at the event. * Collaborate with Service Realization to bring unique products and capabilities to market that complement Data Dynamics services and technologies. * Stay up-to-date with relevant industry certifications and accreditations as aligned with key practices and technology partners. **What You Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and passion. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for: * 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. * 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 CE presales and demos. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to different audiences, including internal and external stakeholders and peers. * Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions). * Self-motivation and drive, with a continuous desire to improve skills and stay relevant in the given area of expertise. **What Makes You Extra Awesome:** While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for individuals who can bring something extra special to the table.
