Senior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop product requirements that drive business value and enhance the customer experience. * Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise: Analyze data and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation in our conversational AI platform.
* Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments. * Defining client stories, guiding product definition, and building comprehensive acceptance criteria: Work with the core product team to develop client stories, define product requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for future feature development. * Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.
* Breaking down execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform product decisions. * Maintaining and refining the product backlog: Prioritize product features and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Four-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field: A strong foundation in business, technology, or a related field is essential for this role.
