The Role Creative Production Innovation Management is the team of application managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (previously Creative Manufacturing) driving complex tasks across arenaflex and PDP groups.
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in handling complex move-useful packages for era structures. About the Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation packages that introduce new stories to our members around the world. The ideal candidate will act as a concept partner to key stakeholders and excel in driving early-stage projects from strategy through execution. About You You are an experienced Program Manager with advanced knowledge in the planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation needs of a era platform.
You can break down complex requirements into achievable programs, interface with multiple go-useful teams, and deliver results in a hit and timely manner. Stakeholders seek you out to give shape to early business opportunities because they know you can translate them into programs that drive tangible revenue and execution. You are recognized for having the right equipment to get stakeholder buy-in and everyone aligned on a project. Key Responsibilities Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature.
Conduct feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to provide high-quality functions on time and within budget. Act as a concept partner to PDP leaders to shape early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications. Partner with arenaflex Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorse for PDP's groups by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs. Work closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Innovative Teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks.
Responsible for identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance. Control, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous projects. Anticipate and plan for future desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables. Brings 3+ years of practical experience in application management practices efficiently validated in prior roles in product engineering. Possesses deep domain expertise and running know-how in establishing and imposing program control frameworks and exceptional practices. Has a proven track record of influencing a wide bolthires of technical pass-purposeful teams and activating them toward a common goal. Can navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible subsequent steps.
Thrives in a fast-paced and worrying environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity. Is well-versed in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of the projects and tasks for which they are accountable. Can communicate efficiently and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams. Is acquainted and fiercely curious about product, via data insights, A/B testing, and consumer experience POV. Is effective at giving sincere and direct feedback.
