You'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to advocate for product changes that matter most to our most sophisticated customers, ensuring that our platform continues to evolve in the right direction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead our Strategic Customer Success segment, defining how arenaflex serves our Enterprise customers and elevating the customer experience to the next level. * Oversee and continue to grow a highly skilled team of tenured Strategic CSMs, guiding them in partnering with some of our largest and most complex organizations. * Work alongside our High Touch Customer Success leadership, applying programmatic frameworks where they fit, while also curating bespoke engagements for Enterprise customers who require a more tailored approach. * Partner with internal stakeholders to advocate for product changes that matter most to our most sophisticated customers, ensuring that our platform continues to evolve in the right direction. * Shape how Strategic Customer Success evolves at arenaflex, ensuring our largest customers achieve meaningful outcomes with our platform. **Essential Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing Customer Success Managers in a SaaS environment. * Proven experience working with large, complex enterprises (1,000+ employees) and understanding the unique challenges of enterprise adoption. * Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to guide decisions and improve performance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions. * Experience with process improvement and operational details that enhance efficiency and consistency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with product development and launch, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle. * Familiarity with arenaflex's product and platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations. * Experience with customer success metrics and KPIs, with a strong understanding of how to measure and improve customer success. * Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to help team
