This Job: * arenaflex is seeking a results-driven Social Media Customer Support Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. * As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a talented and experienced team of professionals.
* You will be responsible for driving functional excellence while maintaining a safety-conscious environment that elevates end-to-end exceptional customer care, resulting in employee and customer safety and well-being. * You will be a security advocate, identifying and addressing safety concerns as needed. * You will establish and advance successful relationships with colleagues, fostering empathy, authenticity, trust, respect, and pride. * You will successfully delegate resources and provide suitable support to enable teams to achieve functional objectives in a safe manner.
* You will ensure the continuous safety and reliability of our operations by conducting self-reviews, observations, root cause analyses, and other related safety commitments. * You will advance effective communication among departments to engage our team to collaborate and achieve shared objectives. * You will have the opportunity to work with various software programs, including GS Realtime and other tools, to identify and provide overtime, provide staffing information sources, and generate visit reports.
* You will be proactive and productive in using time efficiently. * You will have the ability to work additional hours when functional requirements demand it. * You will have the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off. What You'll Require for Success: * High School Diploma or GED Equivalency * Preferred
Qualifications: Training and Earlier
Professional training * Past airport customer support experience * 2 years of experience leading others * Knowledge of organizational policies and systems and useful automation applications * Ability to extract the best performance from the workforce through proactive employee engagement and support for a comprehensive work environment * Ability to effectively listen - focusing entirely on what others are saying, finding time to understand the points being made, asking questions as needed * Decisive ability to reason - using logic and thinking to identify the pros and cons of alternative solutions, ends, or approaches to problems * Ability to monitor and evaluate the performance of self, colleagues, and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action * Strong critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively * Ability to work under demanding functional circumstances * Ability to focus and execute with a need to start and accuracy * Ability to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external clients * Ability to prioritize station activities and collaborate with multi-functional departments and organizations to ensure essential requirements are met for a safe, productive, on-time operation * Knowledge of bolthires Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other tools * Has USPS freedom or the ability to acquire USPS clearance.
