Job Summary As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist – Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across various social media platforms, while also contributing to the development of our digital marketing strategies and customer relationship management initiatives.
You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create engaging content, and optimize our social media campaigns to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Provide timely and effective customer support across multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and bolthires * Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Work with our product development team to identify and prioritize feature requests and bug fixes * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and customer relationship management * Participate in cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas and initiatives * Create and curate engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters * Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the success of our social media campaigns * Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and effective social media graphics and assets Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and customer relationship management * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and bolthires * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in data analytics tools, including bolthires Analytics and social media insights * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and customer relationship management * Experience with email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator * Experience with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns * Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices * Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Trello Skills and Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in data analytics tools, including bolthires Analytics and social media insights * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices * Experience with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns * Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
