Job Summary As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer in our Data Ventures team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines, applications, and systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and business partners to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions, and deploy them to production. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines, applications, and systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business partners to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions, and deploy them to production * Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications and systems * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of software applications and systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our software applications and systems Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and data science * Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools * Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and data science * Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, and bolthires Cloud * Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies * Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery Skills and Competencies * Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases * Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools * Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
