This role is high-impact and directly ties to our top-line objectives and priorities. **About the Role** We're looking for a seasoned trainer with a passion for delivering data-centric instructor-led training to customers via virtual and in-person classrooms. As a key member of our arenaflex University team, you'll be responsible for enabling customers to train their own users through effective execution of a Train the Trainer program. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure training experiences support defined learning objectives, evaluate and collect feedback from customers/learners, and develop delivery strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and adoption. **Key Responsibilities** * Delivering data-centric instructor-led training to customers via virtual and in-person classrooms * Enabling customers to train their own users through effective execution of a Train the Trainer program * Working with customers and colleagues to ensure training experiences are supporting defined learning objectives * Evaluating and collecting feedback from customers/learners on curriculum, activities, learning environments, and impact * Developing delivery strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and adoption * Managing and maintaining customer sandbox environments for use before, during, and after training sessions * Incorporating change management practices into training strategies, where applicable * Supporting and reviewing content creation across both eLearning and ILT catalogs * Maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of all arenaflex products * Providing ongoing feedback and insight to maximize training impact, platforms, and resources * Supporting special projects as needed **What You'll Bring to the Table** * Qualifications in Education, adult learning, facilitation/training, coaching, instructional design, or an equivalent combination of experience and professional certifications * An experienced facilitator/training professional with a proven track record of delivering technical training to external audiences or customers * Experience with technical products and/or subject matter, understanding of coding language(s) and/or databases a plus * A confident creator with the ability to build ILT courses that deliver technical concepts to audiences of varying technical knowledge * Exposure to or demonstrated skills in credential programs a plus * Experience working in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred **arenaflex Values** * You roll up your sleeves and take ownership of your work * You make it easy for others to understand and adopt new concepts * You're proud of what you do and take pride in your work * You never stop learning and are always looking for ways to improve * You play to win and strive for excellence in everything you do **Compensation and Benefits** The base pay range for this position is $95k - $120k per year, plus bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
