As an Experienced Full Stack Visual Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the arenaflex Partner and client experience by driving visual marketing initiatives that drive steady sales and create exceptional in-store experiences.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Partner Chief on creating procedure and aligning with key stakeholders to drive visual marketing initiatives that elevate the arenaflex Partner and client experience.
- Manage the execution and execution of in-store visual marketing plans (e.g., display, fixture placement, lighting, materials, and in-store signage), as a team with Marketing and Advertising, for large or complex projects.
- Oversee large or complex projects, including cross-functional teams from initiation to store delivery.
- Utilize space planning and visual marketing methods to operationalize displays.
- Support the development of Visual Marketing tools, assets, and onboarding guides at Workspace and Field.
- Ideal candidates will be able to lead through ambiguity, cultivate relationships with the cross-functional team (Marketing, Space Planning, Advertising, Store Operations, etc.), train and promote arenaflex Visual as a core capability, and be ready to roll up their sleeves.

- *You Will Have an Impact By:**
- Utilizing data and insights to modify the in-store experience and influence store partners (Dealers, Plan, and RBX).
- Collaborating with Workspace partners to achieve visual marketing functional goals by planning cross-functional cycles.
- Advancing and executing sales floor layout rules to support Traders and Arranging.
- Driving quarterly execution needs, alternate arrangements, and advertising drives by working on displays and in-store execution.
- Co-lead in-store Visual Marketing training sessions with Visual Tasks Administrators to drive quarterly objectives and establish schedules across clothing, home, and seasonal hardlines.

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 4-year degree in Visual Marketing, Advertising, or related field or potentially identical work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Workspace Visual Marketing.
- 2+ years of in-store retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to actually mentor, build skill sets, and foster diverse and comprehensive teams.
- Agreeable self-motivating, self-coordinating, and assembling interaction and arrangements when not defined.
- Solid, quick, and careful critical thinking abilities within fast-moving conditions.
- Have solid association and prioritization abilities while staying deft and quiet under pressure.
- Capable in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Preferred experience in Adobe Creative.
