As a Full-Time Luxury Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advising and assisting customers with their leather repair and care needs through our online portal
  • Providing hands-on technical support for the repairing of luxury leather products
  • Entering repair work orders into POS and online systems
  • Assisting customers with service, work estimates, or existing work order questions
  • Performing Quality Control and Data Entry for repairs
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient repair processes
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous after-sales experience in shoe & handbag repair, preferably with a luxury goods brand
  • A strong attention to detail and inspection skills
  • The ability to lift boxes over 25 pounds
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Experience in leather/garment care or the luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software, Google G Suite, and/or other POS software is a plus
  • Long-term plans to stay with careerzynith, as this job requires training and investment from our staff
