Remote Data Entry and Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data accurately in various systems and databases Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software, including network framework and internal desktop systems Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop applications Conduct site visits to investigate issues and install or update hardware and software as needed Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and provide ongoing support Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record system security Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent technical support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Proficiency in bolthires Operating Systems (client/server) and familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Ghost, Symantec,
Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and various internet browsers Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a technical support or data entry role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with project management systems, such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems Certifications in technical support, data entry, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and technical support Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
