Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk to at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer data, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer service departments. Key Responsibilities Key driver payments upon receipt of notification from the payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer transactions. Enter all adjustments needed to maintain proper customer balance, guaranteeing the integrity of our financial records. Verify printed edits to ensure payment batches balance, ensuring proper credits to customer accounts and minimizing errors. Confirm batches are logged, dated, and filed in the proper place and date order, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Maintain a complete and accurate computer-printed customer list, ensuring data consistency and facilitating efficient customer service. Key changes in customer status, such as charge to cash, cash to charge, address changes, and minor modifications, keeping our records up-to-date and accurate. Follow up on the cash receipt log to ensure accuracy and distribution to proper personnel, promoting transparency and accountability. Verify that all keying is completed within 24 hours after receipt of all documents, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Log the A/R Daily Proof Book with totals from the A/R transaction ledger and route collections, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our finance team. Perform and assist in other duties as deemed necessary by the Credit Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a high level of proficiency in data entry and management.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
