Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead to at arenaflex, working the night shift from 9PM to 5AM. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $70-$80 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities Opens and shuts down the store without a trace of store board, including all necessary frameworks, new companies, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are prepared for the workday. Completes item returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and gives change as mentioned to sales registers. Models and conveys a particular and wonderful client experience, engaging clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services.
Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience, while also modeling and offering customer support best practices with all colleagues. Assists with and mentors other colleagues to work with stockroom and merchant ordering process, including opening the secondary passage for seller deliveries. Maintains accurate stock counts, keeps up with the accuracy of nearby quantities, and helps with ensuring the Outdate program is followed with colleagues. Assists with accounting activities, including cash report, cash counts, records, and bill payment as needed or as mentioned.
Helps with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, sleek, deliberate store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as needed. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. One year of previous leadership, administrative, or retail key holder work experience. Must be familiar with reading, writing, and communicating in English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management.
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly throughout the store.
