We're now seeking an enthusiastic, organized professional with a customer-centric attitude and a passion for data to join our growing team as a Global Client Success Manager, reporting into the Global Packaging Leader. **Job Description** As a Global Client Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Packaging Team with specific client deliveries and development of the vertical through collaboration, meaningful insights, value-add presentations, and other administrative duties. You'll be responsible for showcasing arenaflex's value proposition through the development of use cases and industry thought leadership highlighting the value of our portfolio of products. Your ability to weave client-specific insights, industry material, and thought leadership information into client conversations will be essential in building context and clarity to the outcomes our solutions can deliver. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Packaging Team with specific client deliveries and development of the vertical through collaboration, meaningful insights, value-add presentations, and other administrative duties * Lead subject matter expertise for arenaflex's solutions relevant to the Packaging vertical * Showcase arenaflex's value proposition through the development of use cases and industry thought leadership highlighting the value of our portfolio of products * Ability to weave client-specific insights, industry material, and thought leadership information into client conversations to build context and clarity to the outcomes our solutions can deliver * Build meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders working in a fast-paced environment * Work collaboratively with product sales leads, cross-functional partners, and product leadership on new and creative applications for the data * Perform regular reporting tasks and communication with clients to ensure timely, quality delivery * Manage client relationships ensuring clear and concise communications * Support the project-based output of the team including desk research, sample reporting, etc. * Support sales generation amongst our customer-facing service teams consistent with arenaflex's Packaging vertical growth strategy **Qualifications:** * 3+ years of work experience preferably in a relevant industry (FMCG, consulting, account management) * Bachelor's degree * Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel) * Demonstrated ability to leverage data and discover actionable insights * Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce quality work while demonstrating attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Ability to prioritize while managing workload and meeting deadlines quickly and efficiently * Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid office situation * An effective team player that enjoys working as part of a creative and energetic team * Initiative and ability to "make things happen" and be accountable * Familiarity with arenaflex tools, applications, and platforms (a plus) **We Offer:** * Benefit package: Multisport card, private medical coverage Medicover, life insurance, Benefit platform allowing to purchase cinema and theater tickets * Additional days off and recognition of special moments in your life * Stable working environment with employment contract * A possibility to create individual career paths, additional training * A possibility to engage in charity actions and participation in numerous social activities organized within the company * Modern office in a great location * Work in a mixed system: part of the week you work from home (home office), a part from the office.
