About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Global Customer Solutions Specialist to. As a key member of our customer solutions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that high-profile issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Your expertise in customer experience and resolution will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be vital in achieving our goals. Key Responsibilities Research and partner with stake-holding departments to ensure high-profile issues are sufficiently addressed and responded to, including public statements, regulatory follow-up, and court appearances on behalf of arenaflex.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide suggestions to address failures, ensuring that cases are properly documented, represented, and addressed. Work closely with other organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents, providing leadership updates and executive-level communications to advise of incident handling and resolution. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer resolution, providing subject matter expertise and escalation support to other team members in Customer Solutions and Recovery, as well as external contact center groups.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission. The minimum qualifications for this role include: Minimum two years of operational or contact center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and demonstrate problem-solving ability, initiative, and superior decision-making skills. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work and effectively manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of email applications (e.g., Outlook) and general knowledge of bolthires Office products and applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, with reliable and punctual attendance being an essential function of the position. Preferred Qualifications While the minimum qualifications provide a foundation for success in this role, the following preferred qualifications will help you stand out from the competition: BA in English, Journalism, or a related field, with a strong understanding of language and communication principles.
