- *Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts and professionals on careerzynithgolf.com
- Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and our brand with customers
- Using primarily careerzynith golf equipment to provide informed and personalized recommendations
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with the careerzynithgolf site and any related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
- *Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on careerzynith products
- In-depth knowledge of current and past careerzynith products, including their features and benefits
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all careerzynith products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

- *Compensation and Perks**
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet. You'll be paid on an hourly basis of $15 per chat interaction, with performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards.
