- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Representative to join our careerzynith team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest support, resolving issues, and driving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. You will work closely with our Guesty and Operto Teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Relations** + Provide exceptional guest support via phone, email, and messaging platforms+ Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests to resolve issues+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional guest experiences+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
- **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor+ Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems+ Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and management
- **Multitasking**: Ability to multitask and switch between tasks seamlessly
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Guesty and/or HostAI, with experience leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging
- **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
- **Time Zone**: Availability to work in the CST and Eastern United States time zones
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- **Experience with ChatGPT**: Experience leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
- **Vendor Relations**: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- **Financial Knowledge**: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
