As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our organization and the first point of contact for our patients. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive are essential to your success. You will actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments. The knowledge that you've helped someone in their time of need is truly rewarding and the best part of your job.

- Assist patients in resolving their medical balances over the phone
- Negotiate and collect payments from patients
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve billing issues
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and empathetic attitude
- *Work Schedule:**
Our Healthcare Customer Service Representatives enjoy flexibility through three schedule options:
- M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
