Responsibilities: As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and personalized support * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless issue resolution * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and metrics Essential
Qualifications: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills * 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry * Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent * Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong typing skills and accuracy * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions Preferred
