We're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building a high-performing, motivated team that ensures quality and compliance in every aspect of service. **Job Summary** As a Healthcare Customer Service Trainer, you'll play a critical role in preparing new CSRs for success by providing comprehensive training on policies, procedures, compliance standards, and client-specific needs. Reporting to the EBO Compliance and Technology Manager, you'll help build a high-performing, motivated team while ensuring quality and compliance in every aspect of service.
