Responsibilities As an HR Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering efficient and professional customer service, promptly assisting clients while managing expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction. * Providing accurate, real-time responses to telephone and written inquiries about general HR matters, including policies, procedures, and processes.
* Escalating complex issues as necessary, ensuring they are addressed appropriately. * Accurately processing employee-related transactions based on thorough research, specific employee information, and established guidelines. * Maintaining proper documentation and records for all HR-related cases using our HR Help Desk system. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Required: Bachelor's or Associate Degree with at least one year of experience in HR and/or customer support; OR no degree with three years of experience in HR and/or customer support. * Essential Skills: + Basic understanding of HR solutions and practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite. * Preferred Skills: + Experience with HR Help Desk systems and software.
+ Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and processes. + Certification in HR or a related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI). Work Mode
