About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Commercial Customer Care
Professional to. As the face and voice of arenaflex, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers and grow your career while delivering extraordinary customer service. In this role, you will be assisting customers with account and product inquiries via phone, as well as performing account maintenance on our Business Line of Credit and a variety of Business Blueprint products. Key Responsibilities Pioneering the servicing of our Business Line of Credit and banking products, leading the way in evolving arenaflex's servicing strategy Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions raised via phone and chat concerning Debit accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Supporting multiple servicing across checking and lending products Consistent utilization of our customer servicing model Supporting Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests Supporting customers with maintenance, transactions, and funds-related inquiries Responding to customer inquiries around rewards and redemption with the ability to handle end-to-end Troubleshooting customer problems and determining how to resolve those problems Adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer service environment (two years+) Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment Ability to navigate multiple servicing platforms Proven ability to manage change and continuous learning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Financial servicing experience Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' holistic well-being, offering benefits and programs that support their physical, financial, and mental health.
