- *Job Summary**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, and you'll be expected to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
- *Responsibilities**
- **Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- **Provide accurate information about the products and services via online chat**: Ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, and provide clear and concise answers to their questions.
- **Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments**: Work with customers to schedule appointments and provide them with clear instructions on how to proceed.
- **Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review**: Collect customer contact information and use it to generate leads and review customer interactions.
- **Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review**: Summarize customer interactions and provide them to our clients for review and analysis.
- **Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services**: Stay up-to-date on our products and services and contribute to the development of our knowledge base.
- *Requirements**
- **Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary**: While experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary.
