Job Description


Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media to customers who have questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. As the voice of the brand, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships between our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities



  • Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

  • Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations

  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

  • Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues

  • Upsell to customers as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a phone-related customer service environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
